On June 21rst we woke up at 5am and drove all the way up to Langhorne, PA. We made a pilgrimage to Sesame Place. We had a wonderful day at the theme park, including Johnny napping for 2 hours in the middle of the day. It’s so nice to find a place that caters to little ones.
Parenting Tool No. 3
A little advice for anyone who ventures over there to Sesame Place. The premium parking isn’t worth the extra price. Its more like bragging rights to parents, but no one will ever care.
Second, check the maximum cooler size on the website for the park. Bring in as much food as possible. The whole place isn’t much more than a burger and hot dog stand with sodas. By the end of the day, I’m sure you’ll want more than junk food.
One last tip, bring lots of extra swim diapers to a water park. One or two for a whole day often won’t pass when your child is running around amongst the frenzied other children.
