Virtual copies in LR2 are addictive. You can pile them up and up, and then have to drop everything into stacks. In order to approve your Lightroom 2 raw workflow, you can also use snapshots. Instead of stacking groups of photo when you haven’t decided what to print, you can close out your panels and just leave snapshots open for quick viewing. It’s all about some advanced physics of a snapshot process.
In this tutorial we will explore the following.
- Using snapshots instead of virtual copies.
- How to clear the history panel.
- How to pick a snapshot for quick reference.
